Day 01 – Arrive Cape Town 
Welcome to South Africa as you arrive into Johannesburg this morning. Connect to your flight to Cape Town, recognised as one of the most beautiful places on earth. Upon arrival you are met and are transferred to your hotel. Relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. Overnight in Cape Town at the Table Bay or the Mount Nelson or the Ellerman Hotel.

Day 02 – Cape Town 
Cape Town offers a range of attractions, breathtaking sights and endless activities. Embark on a city tour that includes visits to the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, the South African Museum, a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain before ending with shopping at the famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Else you may choose to experience the famed wines and sumptuous food, essential aspects of life in the Cape, with a day trip to the wine valleys of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch or Paarl in the Cape Winelands. Overnight in Cape Town at the Table Bay or the Mount Nelson or the Ellerman Hotel.

Day 03 – Cape Town 
This morning post breakfast you are escorted on a full day Peninsula Tour that introduces you to the spectacular Cape Peninsula, also called the Fairest Cape. Take a leisurely walk in the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno, towards Hout Bay. Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Seal Island. Drive along the Indian Ocean coastline, where you can visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and perhaps sit among the colony of Jackass Penguins. Its then time to return back to your hotel. Overnight in Cape Town at the Table Bay or the Mount Nelson or the Ellerman Hotel.

Day 04 – Cape Town/Knysna
Travel overland from Cape Town down the magnificent Garden Route, an approximately 5 hour drive with stops at the coastal towns of Hermanus – famous for whale watching, and Mossel Bay en route to Knysna. Overnight in Knysna at Lake Pleasant or similar

Day 05 – Knynsa - Oudtshoorn
The day is earmarked for a day tour of the inland town of Oudtshoorn. The highlight is a visit to an Ostrich Farm. Experience the world’s largest bird which lays the largest egg, has the most beautiful feathers and eyes that make you want to fall in love and hug them. Spend about 1.5 hours at the farm during which you can enjoy riding an ostrich at your own risk, stand on their eggs, touch the birds and cuddle the chicks. Professional guides take you on a conducted tour where you will learn about the birds, experience laughter and beauty in a valley surrounded by thousands of ostriches and majestic mountains. Then onward to the Cango Caves, the Klein Karoo’s oldest and most popular attraction, while also being one of the natural wonders of the world. The Cango Wildlife Ranch here provides you an opportunity to view some of the animal species which inhabited the Karoo region in the early days. Return to Knysna in the late afternoon. Overnight in Knysna at Lake Pleasant or similar

Day 06 – Knysna - Tsitsikamma National Park
After a hearty breakfast, enjoy a one hour drive to the Tsitsikamma National Park, a place of startling beauty on South Africa’s southern coastline. Here the booming breakers of the Indian Ocean relentlessly pound rocky shores, where temperate high forest and fynbos roll down to the sea in an unspoilt verdant carpet, where ancient rivers carve their paths to the ocean down rocky ravines. Tsitsikamma means ‘the place of much water’. The heartland of the park stretches some 5 kms to sea, protecting a wonderland of inter-tidal life, reef and deep-sea fish. Dolphins and porpoises frolic in the breakers, surfing and playing for the sheer joy of life. The gentle giant of the ocean, the southern right whale visits here, coming inshore to breed. Return to Knysna for an afternoon of leisure to explore the quaint streets and shops of this coastal town. Overnight in Knysna at Lake Pleasant or similar

Day 07 ––Knysna/Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve
This morning you continue along the magnificent stretch of coastal beauty via the City of Port Elizabeth onto Port Alfred. This is an approximately 5.5 hour drive. Upon arrival, check in and a brief rest later, its time for your first game drive on African soil. Overnight in Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve.

Day 08  – Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve
Another day in the wild today! Enjoy being pampered with the various amenities available at the lodge and also enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive. Overnight in Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve

Day 09 – Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve
Continue to soak in the amazing ambience at the lodge and the Wildlife Reserve. Overnight in Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve

Day 10 – Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve  - Port Elizabeth or East London – Johannesburg – Sun City
This morning you are transferred to the Port Elizabeth or East London Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. This is an approximately 2 hour drive from the reserve. Upon arrival at Johannesburg, you are met and are transferred to the beautiful, man made wonder called Sun City, a drive of approximately 2 hours. Check in and relax. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this city and enjoy the wide variety of facilities it provides. Overnight in Sun City.

Day 11 – Sun City
Wake up to a sumptuous breakfast this morning. The day is yours to relax and further unwind. Sun City offers a myriad entertainment options to keep you busy. From slots to safaris; theatre extravaganza to a games arcade for children; horse-riding to golf; Segway experience to the adrenalin-filled Zip slide; the Valley of Waves to the Lost City….the resort facilities are endless. Overnight in Sun City.

Day 12 – Sun City/Johannesburg
Following a relaxed breakfast, its time to be transferred back to Johannesburg. On arrival you have the option of checking into your hotel and exploring the city on your own. Else you could opt for a Gold Reef City Tour that takes you to a reconstruction of Johannesburg during the Gold Rush era and also offers Victorian fun fare. Overnight in Johannesburg.

Day 13 – Depart Johannesburg
Your holiday comes to an end today, as you are transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

Normal Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out is at 1200 hrs.  Early Check in is never guaranteed and can only be requested for.  In case the client would like a Guaranteed Early Check in the room will need to be booked from the previous Night.
